    The Concept Plan and Construction Design for Transport & Commercial Hub

    带有鲜明个性的龙泉驿客运枢纽将从根本上成为一座公共空间,一个极具吸引力的目的地,以及未来新兴城市发展的关键点。

    Longquanyi transport hub with a distinctive personality will be a fundamental public space, an attractive destination, as well as the important action spot for future development of  emerging cities.

    投资3亿元的交通枢纽拥有50000平米的综合体大楼。包含中央换乘大厅,售票厅,候车厅,VIP休息室,还拥有星级酒店,零售,小型会议,地下停车场等。

    This investment 300 million RMB transportation hub has 50000 square meters of complex building, which including the central transfer hall, the ticket office, reception room, VIP lounge, but also a Stars Hotel, retail, conference, underground parking lot etc. .

    为解决区域缺乏基础设施与新兴一级客运站在城市化中的困境,提出以交通指导发展的“TOD”模式,将客运站建设为一座现代化交通商业综合体,实现站城一体,从而诱发周边土地价值提升,激发城市新区活力,为今后区域发展做好准备。

    Recognizing the structural force of planning, the project responds to site's predicament between infrastructure construction, incompatibility with development and emerging urbanism, by proposing a “TOD“ framework to construct a transit and commercial hub for promoting the circumjacent land value and city activity.

    建筑的设计概念从一条“龙”的‘栖息’出发,宛如巨龙在秀丽风景中休憩,“Y ”型站房设计构想使基地得到充分的利用,同时界定了3个独特功能的广场,分别担负着市民活动,酒店商业,以及长途客运的需求。350米东西走向的建筑将客运,立体换乘,以及配套基础设施链接起来,通过挤压与扭转形成了一个西南地区最大的生态屋面,并与酒店花园和餐厅相连。公共生活、交通和休闲娱乐在这里发生,模糊彼此的界限。

    Architectural design concept abstract from a "dragon" of the "Habitat", like the dragon have a rest in the beautiful scenery,

    The concept of type “Y” construction  take full advantage of site utilized, and defines the three unique features with public activities, hotel business, and  passenger demand respectively.

    Public life, transportation, leisure and entertainment arises in same time and  place, which non boundaries of each other.

    建筑将所有的交通流线整合,北侧站前广场开放给市民活动,同时也是地下商业入口。南侧是客运发车口以及大型停车场和客运配套设施,提供基础服务设施的商业广场承载酒店和零售.未来下沉广场“龙泉眼”,立体连接各个交通节点:公共基础设施,零售,活动空间,餐饮娱乐以及会议中心。广场上的人群通过自动扶梯的电梯便捷到达所有区域。“龙泉眼”为地下公共交通以及出租车平台引入自然采光和通风,同时能让火灾的烟雾快速散去。游客在这里能看到地面上城市的酒店和天空,不会迷失方向。

    There are Hotel and retail in the commercial square that provide service facilities In the future,On the north square open to the citizen, but also use as the  entrance for underground commercial .

    The sunken Plaza "Longquan Eye", which three-dimensional connected to each node of the traffic: public infrastructure, retail, open space,, coffee , entertainment and Conference Center. In the square by the escalator elevator convenient reach all areas which consequently  to stimulate new district vitality. On the south side of site  is thepassengerdepartureport,parkinglotand services facilities. The transparent surface of building can be reflected  vehicle drive to, and sharp the color changing.

    站楼曼妙的曲线形态也同样运用在广场铺装与绿化种植上,意图凸显自然在整个区域中的重要意义。设计有意将植被作为屏障,来创建公共交通,后勤道路,停车区以及连接树木间隙中的步行网络。此外广场也与自行车道相连并有停放自行车的位置,为鼓励低碳出行带来便利。

    The station's stripe pattern extends over the paving of the plaza area, and shades into differently designed green zones. that for emphases the nature environment in the design.

    Using the vegetation  barrier to create public transportation, logistics, parking lot, and pedestrian networks in the  between trees.

    The improvement of bike lane access to the front of the station and creation of new covered bike storage which encourage low-carbon transit.
