      城市设计

      项目基地位于“重庆中心”、希尔顿和旧城区的交汇点,这一“敏感”地带对建筑师提出了巨大挑战,怎样让我们的建筑融入旧城区的同时又与未来的城市地标“重庆中心”之间取得平衡、过渡是本项目的关键点。BLUETEAM希望新的建筑以一种谦逊、积极的姿态与“重庆中心”、希尔顿等联合打造两路口地区集娱乐商务办公一体的地区CBD,并与重庆文化宫、重庆体育馆等文体设施完善该地区的功能配套。

      城市设计

      建筑的形态生成于基地的退线和限高、与周边建筑体量的关系以及对交通设施的退让。

      建筑内部巨大的中庭空间为城市及周边居民提供了不同功能的场所体验,作为集居住、购物、娱乐一体的一站式消费体验。

      基地北侧基于退距的基础上,形成了大片空地,我们的提案期待通过塑造自然景观把现有的旧城、纪念馆和城市核心区联系起来,形成一个新的公园系统,并在其中加入文化、娱乐功能,给在这里工作生活的市民提供了一直缺失的城市机能,为这个超级城市增添一些有温度的人文关怀。

      作为片区城市更新的标志,一个两路口地区后发展时代的开端,重新审视这些速生城市遗留的问题,亟需一系列因地制宜的策略,使城市生活得到修复与再生。我们希望通过足够的开放城市空间、自然景观、独特的场所体验、有凝聚力、充满人性关怀的城市肌理对这个城市作出更有附加值的贡献,在满足项目本身的同时结合“重庆中心”、希尔顿等打造两路口CBD,弥补一些已经缺失的城市机能,重新激活片区活力,为这个超级城市增添一些有温度的人文关怀。
