    中国重庆大学城是2004开始建设的大型城市综合教育项目,占地20平方公里,地势平坦,林木葱笼,以涵盖城市资源共享区、大学校园区、学生居住区、教师居住区、集中研发孵化区、商业配套区及居民住宅区。本案位于大学城内、城市主干道与次干道交叉口处,方案力求在合理流线下创造出以公共社交、休闲活动为中心的强调综合利用的新型公共活动商业场所,不但满足人们的多种物质生活需求,同时还为人们提供了一个更加舒适的、自由自在的休息商业空间。通过简洁纯净的手法加上起承转合的思想,组织出一个外整内活,商业群体空间感强,空间趣味性浓的新型生态大型城市综合体。

     

    Chongqing College Town has been built in 2004. The comprehensive education projects in big city covers 20 square kilometers. Flat sites with abundant trees contains urban resources shared region, college campuses, student housings, teacher housing, centralizing R&D areas, commercial facilities and residential buildings. This project located in college town, and cross the urban arteries and Sub-arterial highway. It reasonably strives for public relations, leisure activities center which is integrated utilization new public activity business place. This block not only meets various material life, but supports a more comfortable and untrammeled rest area. With conscious technology, changing and concluding idea that runs throughout the strong spaciousness and interestingness new ecological great urban complex.

    In order to ease the intersection traffic pressure after built, architect makes a rationalization public area in front of commercial area and high rise apartments, organize systematic walking area, and build large area of urban green land below guard line of light rail to enlarge landscape planting and urban ecology.

    由于地处交通交叉口,为缓解建成后给城市交通带来的更大压力,建筑师使平面流线更具合理化,商业与高层公寓前布置公共场地,组织了系统的步行区与步行网,轻轨保护线下做了大面积的城市绿地,以增强景观绿化和城市生态。

     

    In order to ease the intersection traffic pressure after built, architect makes a rationalization public area in front of commercial area and high rise apartments, organize systematic walking area, and build large area of urban green land below guard line of light rail to enlarge landscape planting and urban ecology.

     

     ▽实体模型,Entity model

    方案力求利用简洁纯净的几何图形的加减,来诠释大型卖场相对集中而整合的功能,同时与用地内其它商业建筑风格形成个性的对比,再利造型上的简洁并大手法的起承转合来追求更连续的商业综合体的界面。高层公寓竖向形体与大型商业的横向形体形成建筑形体在水平和垂直方向上的对比,而且高层公寓纯粹立面与大型商业相对丰富立面形成立面上简与繁的对比。

    商业屋顶绿化,以及公寓内的垂直绿化,赋予新型生态型公寓的形象,边庭的大空间通高绿化,制造立面亮点的同时,还能有效调节公寓内的小气候。屋顶交替设计有运动场地、露天舞台、展廊、酒吧,不但极大契合大学城年轻活力的主力消费群行为,且人流从顶层分散到下面楼层时还形成“喷洒效应”。

    高层公寓竖向形体与大型商业的横向形体形成水平和垂直方向上的对比,而高层公寓纯粹立面与大型商业相对丰富的立面形成简与繁 的对比。连续的、大面积的百叶窗让形体的整体性得到更好的加强,也有良好的防晒、遮阳、通风、节能功效。

    Roof greening and vertical greening apartment has a new ecological look. Largely side-opened space greening not only makes façade a bright spot, but regulate interior climate effectively. There are games areas, outdoor stages, galleries and bars on the roof which caters to youth and vitality consumers and disperses pedestrian flow from top to floors below, like the spray effect.

    The contrast is a great difference between high-rise apartment and large scale business which is vertical and horizontal, simple and numerous façade. Continuous and widespread window-shades strengthen the entirety and effect on sunscreen, sunshade, ventilate and energy saving.
